Middle School Gifted Students Win Awards

SMS showed once again that we not only shine in sports but in academics as well. We are very proud of these fifteen students as they took top honors at the National History Day regional competition at MSU. This now qualifies them for the state competition held at MU in April. Jackson Jacobson, Amren King, Dani Nunn, and Ryker Venosdel took first place in the Group Website category. Elizabeth Bowie, Jack Goans, Elliott Goings, Clay Smith, and Sydney Tune took first place in Group Performance. Dylan Bradley, Jaden Lohmeyer, and Shawna Stepp took second in Group Documentary. Maddi Maples, Braxton Reece, and Brayden Reece took second in Group Website. Way to go Indians!
