Transcript Request Form
Anyone requesting a copy of your Strafford High School transcript (i.e. for employee, college and/or scholarship purposes) will need to fill out the form found below. You will receive a confirmation email from the Counseling Office stating the date and time the transcript was sent to the requested location. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 72 hours, please follow up with the counseling office administration assistant at taylors@straffordschools.net.
