Thank you all for your continued support and flexibility during these ever changing times. As we are sure you are aware, Greene County has issued a “Stay at Home Order.” We understand the nature of this situation and that students may have left needed items at school.
In effort to comply with this directive and to help maintain the safety and health of our students, community, and staff, we are providing a ONE time ONLY opportunity to pick up supplies and materials needed for your student.
This time will coincide with the district's food pick up time on Monday March 30th from 5:00-7:00pm. You will need to come through the Middle School drop off lane in front of the Middle School during that time. A staff member will be there to help distribute your requested supplies. There will be no need to get out of your vehicle.
Please double check your student’s bookbag, room, or vehicle for needed supplies. If your child still needs any books, chromebooks, chargers, notebooks, or other supplies, please email your student’s 4th hour teacher or your building principal. For middle school students, email firstname.lastname@example.org and for high school students, email email@example.com.
Your request MUST be received by Friday March 27th at noon for us to have the time to meet your student’s needs. We will coordinate with the High School office to gather the supplies requested. We will do our best to locate and gather what is needed, but we can’t promise everything will be found. Again, this will be the ONLY opportunity for you to get what your student needs so that we can comply with the directives of Greene County. If you do not contact us and let us know what your student needs, DO NOT just show up. We will not have anything for your student and you will NOT be allowed into the building.
Also, if your student doesn’t have internet access and you need work packets, you can also contact your student’s 4th hour teacher or principal.
Thank you for your help as we navigate these ever changing times.
